By downloading, installing, or using the Kegel Force app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Subscription Terms

Kegel Force offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features.

Monthly Premium Access (1 month)
Yearly Premium Access (1 year)

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected subscription.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. Prices may vary by region and will be displayed inside the app before purchase.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases and subscription payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through your Apple ID account settings in the App Store.

4. Use of the App

Kegel Force provides educational fitness content related to pelvic floor exercises. The information provided in the app is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. Use of the app and exercises is at your own risk.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, design elements, graphics, text, and software used in the Kegel Force app are the intellectual property of Kegel Force and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kegel Force shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
